I can't print

If you are unable to print to a printer that has normally worked for you in the past, these are most likely reasons.

Printer is offline

Check that the printer is powered on and connected to the network or computer.

If the printer is locally attached to your computer, check the cables. If you are not using a cable and using Bluetooth or Wifi: restart the printer. If that does not work, try a cable.

The printer may have run out of ink or some other supply and needs a new cartridge or paper.

You have connected to the wrong WiFi

Check which WiFi network your computer has attached to. If you are on a Guest or other network then you will not be able to see the printers on the company network.

Your remote access session needs to be restarted

If you are using remote access you need to sign out of the remote session and sign in again.

For troubleshooting printing in Citrix see this article.

"Disconnecting" is not the same as Signing Out

You need to fully restart the remote session by signing out: use the Ctrl-Alt-Del function to access the Sign Out option.

Restart your computer

If none of the above work, you should restart your computer.
