Access from your Login portal
Or use the JustWorks Help Center app in your Login Portal to access this Help Center. Your Login portal is at login.yourcompany.com - replace yourcompany.com with your company's Internet address.
When you click that app tile in your portal it will log you in here automatically and securely.
Once logged in you will have access the Chat using the up-arrow (bottom-right) and articles specific to your company as well as a wider range of our general help guides.
InfoWorks Assist
The best way to find the answers you're looking for is to use the InfoWorks Assist agent.
You can open the chat here or open a dedicated Assist window to manage your conversation.
Search
You can search for knowledge base articles to learn how to solve common problems. Our Help Center is AI assisted, so give it a thumbs up if it finds the right answer for you first time.
If you can't find an answer, use the Chat to reach us immediately or Submit a support request using the link in the top bar.
